Description

The scientific name for Rosemary is Rosemarinus officinalis which translates to “mist of the sea”.

Rosemary grows best in containers that can be moved indoors during winter.

They need at least 6 hours of sunlight a day & in a suitable location away from draughts.

When cooking – Rosemary’s intense, fragrant aroma has traditionally been paired with lamb, chicken & game but it is also suited to fish & bean dishes. It is often used in French, Spanish, Greek & Italian dishes.
