Description
Wilja Seed Potatoes
Wilja seed potatoes were one of the first Dutch-bred varieties to change the rule book about second earlies. Wilja allowed large consistent crops of light yellow skinned tubers to be produced in a shorter time period. The flesh of Wilja potatoes is yellow and firm, between waxy and floury.
Bake, boil, chip, mash or roast them.
Second earlies are typically ready for harvesting around 15-22 weeks from planting.
